E-Mail - Dear Arise to Truth,With all due respect and love I must speak against your theology. First a little about myself, I believe Jesus Christ is the son of God, God in the flesh. I believe that God is a spirit and Jesus is God's name and his name is above all and I must say that name in word and deed. (I am fully aware that you make light of those who say the name of Jesus in word and deed) I believe that I must have the gift of the Holy Ghost (God's spirit) by speaking in tongues in order to enter the kingdom. (I am fully aware that tongues is a language that someone present may understand or may interpret) I disagree with you that tongues is only confusion and jiberish. My main concern with your theology is your view of one God. You have affirmed that you only believe in one God unfortunately you affirm that there is three separate Gods by misrepresenting Luke 3:22 and Matthew 3:17. You affirm these scriptures prove three Gods are present at the same time. You affirm one means two, three or more and that is contradicting Ephesians 4:5-6. By affirming your theology One Lord, one faith, one baptism you must affirm that there is more than one Lord, more than one faith, more than one baptism that is acceptable to be saved. You affirm that the Church of Christ's faith and baptism is the only one way to be saved. Your theology is highly contradicting. Caller - Asking if signing in the worship service, would it be wrong? What about women doing the signing? Caller - Commenting on the Godhead. Caller - Commenting on premillennialism and how much it is spreading thorugh Middle Tennessee. Caller - Commenting on the Jews and their name and Christ is giving us a new name. Commenting on the plan of baptism. Caller - Explain the passage John 10:13. Caller - Asking a question about a person wanting to marry and concerning the divorce problem. Caller - Asking about the Mormon who is converted to Christianity and has five wives. Caller - Commention on the caller who was asking about the Mormon and the fice wives. Caller - Asking about a counselor and a husband and wife not obeying God's Laws. E-Mail Question Continuting - Mr. Phillps affirms that he is not a father and because of he is not a father, Jesus Christ is not the father. Another concern of your faith is a statement Mr. Simmons made of his daughter acquiring a tattoo. He related he did not like a tattoo but it would not send her to hell. Mr. Simmons would have put anyone else that was not in The Church of Christ in hell for getting a tattoo. This is very contradicting and a double standard. Caller - Wanting the marriage, divorce and remarriage question to be continued. Caller - Talking about calling a man father here on earth. Caller - Is a husband watching pornography commiting adultery? Continuing the e-mail -6-27-17S It is very sad that your theology is highly unrealistic in so much it drives individuals from Christ. Thank you, God bless you, Signed.
